Q. Do you give free samples?
Yes on most products. Some special order tiles may come with a small charge
Q. Are the tiles stock items - how long for delivery?
Approx 95% of all tiles displayed on the web site are carried in stock & can be dispatched for delivery in 2-5 working days. Special order items, imported products may take between 2 - 6 weeks.
Q. Could I buy single tiles or do I have to purchase complete boxes?
Yes you can buy single tiles on selected ranges
Q. Do you deliver and if so is there a charge?
Yes we deliver, please ask for a quote on this as it will change depending on where you live.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted except American Express.
Q. If I supply the measurements could you calculate the area for me?
Yes, if you email us or you can use the tile calculator.
Q. What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain?
Porcelain tiles are still ceramic tiles, however, when they are made they are fired at a higher temperature (approx 1600°C) therefore they become denser thus they are heavier and more hardwearing. They are an all round better quality of.
Q. Could I return any unused tiles?

Q. How do you cut tiles made form natural products e.g marble, slate?
Natural products need to be cut with a suitable wet wheel cutter.
Q. Why do I need flexible adhesive and grout on wooden floors?
In any environment wood heats up and cools down thus it expands and contracts. If you’re your floor is moving and the adhesive doesn’t allow for the movement then it will crack and the tiles will release from the floor. In some cases the movement can cause the tiles to crack! The same theory applies for grout!
